Explore mindfulness and mediation in this 2 hour workshop with Jeanne Dasaro. You’ll learn about stress and anxiety, how it affects the mind, and how we can introduce mindfulness meditation to cultivate ease throughout the day. You’’ll learn about and practice breath and mediation techniques to soothe the mind and body. This is introduction to mindfulness and meditation with no yoga poses in this workshop — just tools for when you can’t make it to the mat or are out living life. All levels welcome, including beginners.
